ATM Service
We offer ATM service at all of our locations. We also offer worldwide service through the Cirrus Networks.
Debit Card
Use the Debit/ATM card to make deposits (where
allowed), withdrawals, transfers and inquiries from
checking and savings accounts. As a debit card, it
can be used at any merchant accepting MasterCard.®
The debit card can be used at Point Of Sale (POS)
terminals with your PIN.
MasterCard Debit/ATM Card: The loss of your card may carry certain liabilities to the cardholder. Contact your Financial Institution if you have questions about these liabilities or your card. If you wish to report your card lost/stolen, please contact the bank or call STAR at 1-800-523-4175.
MasterCard® SecureCode™
SecureCode is a service that helps protect MasterCard card accounts against unauthorized Internet transactions by using identity information established between an individual cardholder and his or her financial institution. Savanna-Thomson State Bank, in conjunction with STAR and Arcot Systems are providing this service to you to improve the security of payment transactions in the electronic commerce environment. Once you activate SecureCode, your card cannot be used at a participating Internet merchant without authentication by an authorized user of your account.
You will find SecureCode easy to use. When you enroll in SecureCode and then use your MasterCard card for an Internet purchase at a participating merchant, a window displays requesting your password in much the same way your enter a PIN during a face-to-face transaction. After you enter your password, the information is authenticated and then the transaction is submitted to your financial institution for authorization.

Bring in your items to fax or if you need to receive a fax have it sent to our Savanna branch at (815)273-7035, our Thomson branch at (815)259-3598, or Mt. Carroll branch at (815)244-7872. Incoming fax fee of $1.00 per page and outgoing fax fee of $3.00 per page.*

Available for deposit customers at a fee of $5.00 and money orders at a fee of $3.00*
